Artist, dreamer, creator, visionary, and avid art lover. Brad is always trying to bring a fresh new perspective to the projects he is inspired to work on.His art can be described as optimistic and even a celebration to that person he is motivated by. With intentional color placement, Brad complements his art by using colors that are a representation of that person such as baby blue for Frank Sinatra. His mixed media’s use a large palette of materials from spray paint, acrylic, gold leaf, vintage media clippings, and anything else that will help him achieve his vision.
Born in New York, Brad grew up with a passion for art, history, movies, baseball, and interesting icons. He wrote and produced several short films and was even featured at various film festivals in the US and Europe. Many would describe Brad as a happy, big hearted, and charismatic guy but many do not know that he struggled with depression for many years. This dark chapter of his life led to alcoholism. Almost losing his life, Brad hit rock bottom. After a long journey of recovery with the help of his family and loved ones, Brad was determined to turn his life around. He enrolled in art school for a few semesters, learning more about the history of art and the process of art, he found himself newly inspired. He immersed himself with the works of influential artists such as Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Banksy, and David Hockney, just to name a few. He was able to direct his life towards creating one-of-a-kind art pieces with the people that influenced him over the years such as Mickey Mantle, Frank Sinatra, Audrey Hepburn, and Babe Ruth.
When he is not creating, you can find him hanging out with his wife, two daughters, and his beloved dogs, Mickey and Yogi. He is a proud “girl dad” and never hesitates to stop everything he is doing so that he can play dress up or dance to Billie Eillish with his girls. He aspires to make the world a more beautiful place for them and vows to make art for the rest of his existence.
